Nevada Mist warrants the ULTIMATE MIST SYSTEM to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damages from abuse, failure to properly install, operate or maintain the product in accordance with the printed materials provided. Nor does this warranty cover pump failure or malfunction due to operation without proper water supply as specified in the written instructions.

Discoloration of fittings and tubing can occur under certain climatic conditions and is not detrimental to performance of the system, and therefore is not considered a defect.

To obtain warranty service you must present a receipt with the date of purchase.

Service rendered by persons other than authorized trained personnel shall void the warranty.
